Cancellation Policy

Psychic Medium Jess Kolner Cancellation Policy - Credit card number required to be on file for cancellation fee only. THIS IS NOT PAYMENT FOR YOUR READING. * If you are booking a Virtual Reading, you will be sent a separate payment link. If you are booking an In-person Reading, you can pay with a card or cash at the time of your reading. The credit card on file will only be charged in the event you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and don't reschedule or if you don't show up to your scheduled reading. If you cancel your reading with less than 24 hours notice and don't reschedule, you will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. If you do not show up to your scheduled reading, either in-person or virtual, you will be charged in full for the reading.
